2016 — Building the Village
Growing from Passion into Purpose
By 2016, B4P CODEFOUND had begun transforming its vision into real community engagement. What started with three passionate volunteers expanded into a growing network of supporters, advisors, board members, and community advocates committed to meaningful impact.
During this year, the organization launched its very first website, creating a digital space to share its mission, programs, and future goals with the world. This important milestone helped increase visibility, attract supporters, and build stronger connections with communities both locally and internationally.
The year also focused heavily on relationship-building and strategic planning. Through meetings, outreach activities, and volunteer engagement, the organization began shaping the strong community-centered culture that continues to define its work today.
2016 became known internally as the year the “village” was built — a reminder that sustainable impact can only happen when communities come together with shared purpose and collective action.
