2017 — Reaching Out
Expanding Beyond Borders
In 2017, B4P CodeFound entered a new phase of growth and international outreach. Conversations and partnerships began expanding from New York into Liberia, opening new opportunities for collaboration across continents.
This year saw the arrival of new board members and advisors who brought fresh ideas, leadership experience, and a deeper commitment to international development. Fundraising initiatives also officially began, helping the organization secure resources necessary to support future community-based programs.
Most importantly, 2017 marked the organization’s first major partnership efforts in Africa. These early relationships laid the groundwork for future development projects focused on youth empowerment, women’s leadership, education, and peacebuilding.
B4P CODEFOUND
The expansion demonstrated that B4P CodeFound’s mission was larger than geography — it was about connecting people, communities, and resources to create sustainable change wherever it was needed most.
