Our Founder

Lindora Kolu Howard-Diawara is a Liberian peace activist and women’s rights advocate. Since founding B4P CODEFOUND in 2015, her leadership has been instrumental in creating sustainable pathways for the next generation of African leaders.

Her work bridges the gap between grassroots activism and global policy, ensuring that the stories and needs of local communities reach international stages like the Commission on the Status of Women. She has dedicated her career to the belief that empowered women are the foundation of a productive nation.

Through mentorship and leadership skill-building, she continues to advocate for a more inclusive and peaceful future across the continent.

Capacity Building Fund

Institutional Support: As important it is for individuals and groups to be supported in doing their work, the health and survival of all organizations benefiting from the Foundation’s program will be prioritized. This we believe will help foster accountability, transparency and community participation

Community Business Investment

Community Development: These grants will be expected to serve as a catalyst for jump starting and scaling up specific community led peace and development initiatives.
