The Liberia Women Conference 2025 was a high-impact national assembly dedicated to breaking systemic barriers and accelerating the progress of women across all sectors of society. Held in conjunction with International Women’s Day, the conference served as a vital platform for policy review, advocacy, and the collective empowerment of women and girls throughout the Republic of Liberia.

Under the 2025 national theme, “Accelerate Action to End Gender-Based Violence and Achieve Gender Equality in Liberia,” the event brought together over 100 women leaders, civil society organizations, government officials, and international partners. The conference focused on shifting the national development framework to put women at the center of health, leadership, and economic growth.
