B4PCODEFOUND successfully hosted our Conference in December 2025 in Gbarnga, Bong County, bringing together women, youth, community leaders, partners, and stakeholders around a shared agenda of empowerment, inclusion, and sustainable community development. The event served as a strategic platform to connect voices from different backgrounds, strengthen collaboration, and align priorities that respond to real needs at the community level.

The conference opened with a clear focus on why women and youth empowerment remains central to national progress, especially in strengthening livelihoods, promoting peace, and advancing local innovation. Through keynote presentations and guided discussions, participants examined current barriers affecting women and young people, while also identifying practical opportunities that can be scaled through partnership and accountability.

A key highlight of the conference was the quality of engagement from participants, who contributed directly to conversations on leadership, protection, education, entrepreneurship, and civic participation. Sessions were structured to ensure that voices were not only heard, but captured in a way that could be translated into actionable commitments. This approach reinforced the conference goal: not just dialogue, but measurable outcomes.

  • Throughout the event, B4PCODEFOUND emphasized community-driven solutions and the importance of strengthening grassroots systems that protect vulnerable groups and create pathways for success. Speakers and facilitators shared real-world examples of programs and interventions that have worked, while also encouraging participants to challenge ineffective approaches and design more responsive strategies.

The conference also prioritized capacity-building, with breakout sessions that provided practical tools for personal development, organizational strengthening, and sustainable project implementation. Participants explored skills related to planning, collaboration, problem-solving, and mobilizing local resources. These sessions were designed to be immediately useful—skills that can be applied in communities beyond the conference hall.

Another strong component of the December 2025 gathering was networking and partnership development. Attendees connected across counties, institutions, and community groups, identifying shared priorities and exploring collaboration opportunities that extend beyond a single event. These relationships are essential for building long-term impact, and they reflect the conference’s role as a connector for collective action.

The conference also created space to recognize community champions—individuals and groups making meaningful contributions to women and youth empowerment in Bong County and beyond. Their stories reinforced the message that transformation is possible when commitment is matched with structure, mentorship, and consistent support. This recognition served as motivation for others to deepen their own involvement.
