As Program Associate at B4P CODEFOUND, I help translate our mission into structured programs with measurable outcomes for women, girls, and young people. My responsibility is to ensure that every intervention we deliver is needs-driven, well-coordinated, and impact-focused from early planning through implementation and reporting.

Our work is grounded in community realities and shaped through consistent engagement with participants, local leaders, and partners. We do not design programs in isolation; we prioritize listening, co-creation, and inclusive participation to ensure activities are relevant, respectful, and accessible to those we serve.

B4P CODEFOUND programs emphasize skills development, digital inclusion, leadership growth, and protection-centered support. We focus on practical pathways that strengthen resilience helping participants gain knowledge, confidence, and tools that can be applied in real life, not just in workshops or short-term engagements.

Quality delivery is a core standard for us. We apply clear program systems for planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-through so that every activity is executed with professionalism and consistency. Our objective is not only to deliver programs, but to deliver them in a way that builds trust and sets a high benchmark for community-based work.
